Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza Recipe
I’m sure by now you’ve heard the news, Taco Bell is retiring their Mexican Pizza. Gone. Removed. No more Mexican Pizza. 😭 No worries though, we’ve got you covered! Check out our copycat recipe below!
8 8-inch flour tortillas
1 can cooked refried beans
1lb. seasoned cooked ground beef
Hot sauce or enchilada sauce
1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
8 ounce bag Mexican blend cheese
Green onions (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350
Line a baking sheet with non- stick foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
Fry flour tortillas in a skillet with oil until slightly crisp. Drain tortillas on paper towels.
Spread the refried beans on top of the tortillas tortilla.
Top with seasoned meat.
Put another tortilla on top of the meat.
Pour hot (or enchilada) sauce or top of tortilla.
Add tomatoes and green chilies.
Top with cheese, green onions and olives.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Recipe makes 4 Mexican Pizzas.
