Eggnog Fudge Recipe

How to make delicious eggnog fudge at home. The best creamy fudge recipe for Christmas time!

No bake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup of butter
  • 2/3 cup eggnog
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil. Set aside.
  2. Combine the marshmallow cream, white chocolate chips and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine the sugar, butter, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously for about 4 minutes. The mixture should be heated to 235 degrees F.
  4. Pour mixture over ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat mixture until fluffy.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan.
  6. Allow fudge to set at least 3 hours.
