Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
How to make stuffed bell peppers
1lb ground beef
4 green bell peppers
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1tsp minced garlic
1 onion, diced
1 cup pasta sauce
Preheat oven to 375.
Rinse bell peppers. Cut off the tops of bell peppers and clean out the seeds.
Boil bell peppers in a large pot of water for 5 minutes.
Cook rice according to package.
Cook ground beef on stove top. Drain well.
Add garlic, onion and rice to meat. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in pasta sauce. Cook 5 minutes.
Fill each bell pepper with meat mixture.
Top with pasta sauce and/or cheese (optional).
Bake for 30 minutes.
