Copycat Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in pan. Heat until mixture is melted, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.
Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers to shape the mixture into an egg shape.
Freeze the eggs on the baking sheet until hardened, about 15-30 minutes.
Mix oil and chocolate in bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate has completely melted.
Dip each egg into the melted chocolate.
Place onto the prepared baking sheet.
Freeze until the chocolate is hard.
