INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 6 Bananas, cut in halves
- 1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 6 Pieces Bacon, cooked and halved
- Melted Chocolate for garnish
- Melted Reese’s Peanut Butter Baking Chips for garnish
- Vegetable Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers.
- Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the middle of each egg roll wrapper.
- Top with 1 piece of bacon and 1 piece of banana.
- Roll up the egg rolls and seal with a drop of water.
- Lightly coat each egg roll with vegetable oil.
- Place the egg rolls in an air fryer basket.
- Air fry on 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Flip the egg rolls and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with the melted chocolate and peanut butter.
