
Oven-Roasted Corn on the cob
Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium sized skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and seasonings.
Pour butter mixture evenly over corn.
Wrap in foil.
Cook for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking
