Cinnamon Cream Cheese Balls
- 1 Can Biscuits
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line baking pan with non-stick foil.
In another bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out each biscuit, divide in two.
Place cream cheese mixture on top of rolled out biscuits. Fold ends of biscuits together and roll into balls.
Roll biscuits into melted butter, then roll into cinnamon, sugar mixture.
Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
