Garlic Butter Mushrooms
These garlic butter mushrooms make the perfect side dish!
- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 4tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir. Cook for about ten minutes.
- Add the thyme, salt and pepper to the skillet and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Add parsley. Serve warm.
