Air Fryer Candied Bacon Crack Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CANDIED BACON:
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
FOR THE CRACK:
- Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR THE CANDIED BACON:
- Cut the bacon in half.
- Add the bacon and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Toss until the bacon is coated well with the brown sugar.
- Place bacon on air fryer bacon pan.
- Air fry on 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done, flipping halfway through.
- Remove bacon from air fryer.
- Crumble the bacon once cool to the touch. Set aside.
FOR THE CRACK:
- Line an air fryer pan with a single layer of graham crackers. Set aside.
- Heat brown sugar and butter in a skillet on stove top. Bring to boil. Heat to 270-290 degrees.
- Pour melted brown sugar and butter over the crackers.
- Set the air fryer at 300 degrees and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from air fryer.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the crackers.
- Sprinkle the crumbled candied bacon on top of the crackers. Pat down with a spatula.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Break apart and eat!
