Air Fryer Candied Bacon Crack

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE CANDIED BACON:

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

FOR THE CRACK:

  • Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR THE CANDIED BACON:

  • Cut the bacon in half.
  • Add the bacon and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Toss until the bacon is coated well with the brown sugar.
  • Place bacon on air fryer bacon pan.
  • Air fry on 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove bacon from air fryer.
  • Crumble the bacon once cool to the touch. Set aside.

FOR THE CRACK:

  • Line an air fryer pan with a single layer of graham crackers. Set aside.
  • Heat brown sugar and butter in a skillet on stove top. Bring to boil. Heat to 270-290 degrees.
  • Pour melted brown sugar and butter over the crackers. 
  • Set the air fryer at 300 degrees and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from air fryer.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the crackers.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled candied bacon on top of the crackers. Pat down with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Break apart and eat!
