Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Melt caramel.
  3. Mix peanuts into the caramel.
  4. Place caramel peanut clusters onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate.
  6. Dip the clusters into the melted white chocolate, covering all caramel and peanuts.
  7. Return clusters to baking sheet.
  8. Top with Heath baking bits.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour minutes or until chocolate is hard.
