Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Roll

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the apples, stirring continuously, for about 7 minutes or until apples are tender.
  3. Mix the water and cornstarch in a small bowl, dissolving the cornstarch. Pour over the apples.
  4. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Lay out the egg roll wraps and add three tablespoons of the apples to each wrap.
  8. Roll up the egg rolls.
  9. Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil.
  10. Place on an air fryer basket.
  11. Set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
