Baked Egg Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Large Carrots, shredded
  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Egg Roll Wraps
  • Cooking Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat until almost done. Drain the ground beef and return to skillet, continue cooking.
  4. Add minced garlic.
  5. Add the shredded carrots and cabbage to the ground beef.
  6. Pour in soy sauce.
  7. Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  8. Continue cooking the ground beef mixture until done. Let cool.
  9. Lay out the egg roll wraps and add three tablespoons of the meat mixture to each wrap. Roll up the egg rolls.
  10. Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil.
  11. Line the egg rolls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  12. Cook for about 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
