INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 3 Large Carrots, shredded
- 1 Head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Bean Sprouts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat until it’s no longer pink.
- Drain the ground beef and return to skillet.
- Add minced garlic.
- Add the shredded carrots and cabbage to the ground beef.
- Pour in soy sauce.
- Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Continue cooking the ground beef mixture until done.
