Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • Blueberries
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and the powder sugar.
  2. Unroll and separate the crescent rolls.
  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture to each crescent roll.
  4. Top with the blueberries.
  5. Fold together the sides, seal and roll into a ball.
  6. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Coat the crescent balls with the melted butter.
  8. Dip the crescent balls into the sugar/cinnamon and roll it around to coat evenly.
  9. Place on an air fryer basket.
  10. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
