INGREDIENTS:
- Egg Roll Wraps
- Nutella
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers.
- Add three tablespoons of Nutella and three tablespoons of peanut butter to each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the egg rolls.
- Coat the egg rolls with cooking oil.
- Place on an air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Serve warm or put the egg rolls in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Refrigerating will harden up the Nutella/Peanut butter.
