Air Fryer Christmas Crack

Christmas crack also known as Christmas crackers, cracker toffee or Christmas crack candy is a delicious and easy to make Christmas treat! Crackers coated in toffee, covered in chocolate and topped with your choice of toppings! YUMMY!

You can use graham crackers or saltine crackers. I use graham crackers!

Air Fryer Christmas Crack

INGREDIENTS:

  • Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Christmas sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Line an air fryer tray with a single layer of graham crackers. Set aside.
  2. Heat the brown sugar and butter in a pan on stove top. Bring to boil. Heat to 270-290 degrees.
  3. Pour the melted brown sugar and butter over the crackers. 
  4. Set the air fryer at 300 degrees and air fry for 5 minutes. Remove from the air fryer.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the crackers.
  6. Top with sprinkles. Pat down with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Break apart and eat!
