Easy Tomato Pie Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Butter spray

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a cupcake pan with butter.
  3. Remove the biscuits from the can and flatten out each biscuit. Place each biscuit inside the bottom and sides of one of the cupcake cavities.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix the cheese and mayonnaise.
  5. Fill each biscuit with the tomatoes.
  6. Top with cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes.
