Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Chimichangas

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, vanilla extract and powder sugar.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly divide the cream cheese mixture on top of each tortilla.
  3. Top with blueberries.
  4. Fold in the bottoms of the tortilla and roll the sides as you would a burrito.
  5. Coat the chimichangas with cooking oil.
  6. On a plate, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Roll each chimichanga in the sugar mixture, coating completely. (optional)
  7. Place on an air fryer basket.
  8. Set the air fryer to 360 degrees and cook for about 7 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
