INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large pan, add the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.
Use for blueberry pie or any recipe that calls for blueberry pie filling. It is also delicious topped on vanilla ice cream.
