INGREDIENTS:
- 16 ounces mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, paprika and garlic powder. Add the mushrooms. Cover and marinate for 3 hours.
- Set the dehydrator to 145 and cook the mushrooms for about 3-4 hours.
