Air Fryer Mini Chimichangas

  1. Fill the center of each tortilla with refried beans, shredded beef and your choice of fillings, Spanish rice, cheese, salsa.
  2. Fold the ends of the tortilla over the filling and then fold over the sides.
  3. Generously spray chimichangas with cooking oil – This spray bottle works perfect!
  4. Place the chimichangas seem down on the air fryer basket.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
