INGREDIENTS:
- Mushrooms
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a medium sized bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs and back into the flour mixture.
- Spray the mushrooms with cooking oil and place on an air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
