INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a medium sized bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs and back into the flour mixture.
  5. Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.
  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
