Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Mix in the cocoa powder.
- Add the heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
