Blueberry Crunch Topping Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add the Oreos to a food processor. Process until the Oreos are fine crumbs.
  3. Mix in the Jell-O powder.
  4. Mix in the melted butter.
  5. Pour onto a 9×13 baking sheet.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
  7. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Break apart.

Top on vanilla ice cream, cake, cupcakes or cheesecake!
