White Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix well. Stir in the vanilla extract and the eggs.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Roll the dough into 2-inch balls. Place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes.
