Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies or fruit!
