Loaded Mashed Potatoes

- 6 Large Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Chedder Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Pack Bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Skin the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes.
- Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes. Return the potatoes to the pan.
- Add the melted butter and mash the potatoes.
- Stir in the milk.
- Add the chives, salt, pepper, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix ingredients well.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
