Jalapeno Popper Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box Macaroni and Cheese (I use Kraft Deluxe)
- 5 Jalapenos, diced
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese, divided
- 1lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook the Macaroni and Cheese according to the box directions. After draining, return the pot of macaroni and cheese to the stovetop and continue cooking on low.
- Mix in the cream cheese, fully melt.
- Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, jalapenos and the crumbled bacon, mix well.
- Sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese (optional).
- Heat until the cheese is melted.
