Breakfast Egg Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Crack and whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in all ingredients.
  4. Pour into a greased muffin pan.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
