INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 4 Potatoes, chopped
- 5 Carrots, chopped
- Mushrooms
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 bulbs Garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
INSTRUCIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the chicken on a large baking sheet.
- Surround the chicken breasts with the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
- Mix together the lemon juice, cooking oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken, mushrooms and vegetables, mixing well.
- Bake for about 30-45 minutes until the chicken is done.
