Fried Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a medium sized bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs and back into the flour mixture.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.
  • Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
