Veggie Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pillsbury Pizza Crust
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • olives, sliced
  • mushrooms
  • artichoke hearts
  • cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • roasted red peppers
  • onion, sliced
  • spinach

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Roll the pizza crust onto an air fryer tray.
  2. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees. Air fry the pizza crust for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the crust.
  4. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with the olives, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, onions and spinach.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Air fry for an additional 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
