Air Fryer Chicken Alfredo Pizza Recipe
Chicken alfredo pizza is one of my favorite dinners! Creamy alfredo sauce on a crisp crust, topped with delicious chicken and mozzarella cheese. This pizza can be baked or cooked in the air fryer. The recipe below includes instructions for air frying. Click here to see baking instructions.
Air Fryer Chicken Alfredo Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cooking Oil
- Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 1-2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Green onions (optional)
For the alfredo sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a pan on the stovetop.
- Add the minced garlic, cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and the milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring to thicken.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese. Stir well.
- Remove from heat when the sauce is desired thickness.
Pizza:
- Spray an air fryer tray with cooking oil.
- Roll the pizza crust onto the tray.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees. Air fry the pizza crust for 5 minutes.
- Pour 1 cup of the alfredo sauce over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Add the cooked chicken.
- Top with green onions (optional).
- Air fry for an additional 7-10 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
Use the remaining alfredo sauce to dip the pizza in.
