Club Crackers, finely crushed

Instructions
Pour the flour into a
large bowl
. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate
bowl
, add the crushed club crackers.
In a third
bowl
, add the eggs and whisk.
One by one dip the green beans into the flour, egg and then crushed club crackers.
If you want your green beans extra crispy, dip in egg and club crackers one more time. (Optional)
In a large pan, heat cooking oil on medium high heat.
Place the green beans in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until green beans are golden brown.
