Fried Green Beans

Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Green Beans
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 40 Club Crackers, finely crushed
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Pour the flour into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, add the crushed club crackers.
  • In a third bowl, add the eggs and whisk.
  • One by one dip the green beans into the flour, egg and then crushed club crackers.
  • If you want your green beans extra crispy, dip in egg and club crackers one more time. (Optional)
  • In a large pan, heat cooking oil on medium high heat.
  • Place the green beans in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until green beans are golden brown.
